A skill for everyone 

There are many benefits from Karate training including:

¨      Increases your suppleness, fitness, strength, stamina, and co-ordination

¨      Learn how to avoid and counter violent behaviour effectively and safely

¨      Help you to build your confidence and self-respect

Anyone can learn and master Karate irrespective of your

¨      strength,

¨      gender

¨      or base level fitness 

Karate can be practised

¨       On your own,

¨       In a class group,

¨       It does not require a partner,

¨       Special equipment or apparatus,

¨       Can be practised just about anywhere

¨       Suitable for both men and women of all ages,

  Karate uses the whole body and will help you to enhancing your flexibility, muscle strength and overall stamina.

Just come along in something loose fitting e.g. Tracksuit bottoms / T-shirt.
